***Lunch Time***

Hey Guys,
For lunch I had my tuna patty on an Arnold's Thin bread. I also drizzled some EVOO and hotsauce on this. All this for a points value of 3!!! What did you guys have for lunch?

  1. I had some basmati rice pulao with more mixed vegetables like corn, peas, and string beans along with a nice ripe banana :)

    Not sure how many pts that would be but it was about one cup....

  2. I had a veggie burger on a Arnolds Sandwich Thin Bread with WW Cheese. And I had a WW yogurt. Total of about 6 points.

  5. I get the Morningstar. They have been the best and have the most variety. Being veggie is easier and difficult at the same time.

    So on a side note. I gained three pounds this week after eating out at CheeseCake Factory and working out (went hiking all morning on Saturday). I think it was also cause I had a heavier lunch than normal on tuesday. I was very disappointed. But now I am saying no to eating out for sometime. I just need to lose alot of weight before I feel comfy going out. Or I am just gonna go to places that have points.

  7. I had Evelyn's Pasta. That was next best thing after salad or a whole bunch of sides.
