Chillin Dinner...

After my INSANITY Pure Cardio workout I needed something that packed a protein punch and was chilling, to cool me down! This is when I thought of making myself a thick, chocolatey protein smoothie bowl and this is exactly what I had!

Here are the deets:
1 frozen banana
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1c unsweetened almond milk
2TB of chocolate PB

Blend all together till smooth. Pour in bowl and enjoy!

  1. Interesting recipe! What brand of protein powder did you use?

    Also, what is chocolate PB? That's not peanut butter is it?

  2. Hi Dan. I use It's About Time protein powder. The PB is peanut butter :-), but Justin's and it's delish!
