Hello all,
This morning I weighed myself and found out I lost .8 of a pound. Not bad!
Breakfast was my usual, toast with almond butter and cinnamon. This time I also added some pumpkin spice powder also. This didn't hurt and actually tasted quite good. I think I will continue adding the pumpkin spice:-)
Lunch today was at Cosi. I had the Light Cosi Cobb salad, minus the bacon, with a light vinaigrette.

I am now working on some healthy lunch options for the week. I'll post some Oz friendly recipes soon!
