Monday Breakfast...

This mornings breakfast was a toasted Toufayan Smart Bagel with a slice of muenster cheese and sliced nectarine. On the side I had the remainder of my nectarine with chia seeds sprinkled on top.

Toufayan Smart Bagels are pretty awesome. They are just really thin bagels ranking in at 100 calories and 6 grams of fiber!

  1. Well after resading this I'm way too embarassed to admit what I really had for breakfast, yours sounds really tasty and healthy. Let's just say that I had all that, AND a bag of chips!
