Ingredients: 1/2 cup oats 1/4 cup of 1% milk 1/4 cup of water 1 apple, diced 2 teaspoons of good cinnamon 1 tablespoon of chopped almonds Preparation: Prepare the oats according to directions on the box, using the water and milk.
