Recipe Alert: Creamy Coconut Shrimp

Last night I made a wonderful Creamy Coconut Shrimp, which I had over a bed of steamed veggies!  Beware...this dish is spicy, but oh so delish :-)  Enjoy the recipe on The Ajnabee!
