***B-Time***

Good Morning Ppls,
Today for breakfast I had a bowl of cereal with 1/2 cup of skim milk. I kept it light today because I know I will be out and may have a big lunch.
Breakfast breakdown:
Cereal: 1 WW pt.
Milk: 1 WW pt.
Total: 2 WW pts.!!
What did you have for breakfast today?

  1. Hi, I've started WW again for the summer. I'm loving 1/2 cup of nonfat vanilla yogurt + 1 cup cereal. I take this with me to work so I just put them in small margarine cups. This helps me control the portions. And, it keeps me full until lunch.
