So, I plan on going to the gym in about an hour. Now, I've stated this before, you do not need to be a member of a gym to get your activity in. Out of curiosity, how are you guys getting your activity in?
It's been beautiful outside lately, so I've been trying to get to any of the lakes in the city for what a call a "wun" an attempt at running, which ends up having some walking in there as well.
Thats great that you got something in! The whole weightloss game is about calories in vs. calories out. So whatever you can do helps! When I first started out running, I would set markers for myself and make sure I atleast made it a little farther than the time before, then if I needed to walk, I would walk after that point.
