Ppls, just wondering...are you getting your daily activity in? I don't mean to be a nag but you should really work on getting atleast 30 minutes of activity in a day! Whether it's a brisk walk, cleaning the house, going to the gym or getting a jog in...try to do something. Also, remember, you can swap activity points for food points!!! JUST DO IT!!!
