Good Morning Everyone,
So, I was a bit nervous to get on the scale this morning, given all the Indian food I ate on Wednesday! However, like I said, I know I did not over eat on my portions. Needless, to say, I got on the scale this morning and I was 132 :-) YAY!!! Only 12 more pounds to go!!! I'm pretty sure my regular workouts are really helping me out.
