After my INSANE workout this morning, I replenished my body with an extremely bright blackberry smoothie, which I prepped last night. Last night I placed the following in my handy dandy magic bullet:
- 1 cup of frozen blackberries
- 1/4c of skim ricotta cheese
- 2TB of almond butter
This morning I added a splash of almond milk to get things moving along. I blended it all together. It's a good thing I had this in the morning. I was able to completely divert what was at work this morning:
