I made it through another healthy day today. When I got the munchies
between breakfast and lunch, I had some carrots.
Lunchtime rolled around and I had three slices of my eggplant pizza,
which was very filling. This kept me full for a few hours and then I
had a Chobani Vanilla yogurt as a snack.
Dinner was a chicken cobb salad from Pret. I don't know how many
grams of fat this salad was, but I do know it had 430 calories.
I also managed to burn a good 300 calories at the gym today!
