Good morning all,
It seems like I made it through a successful day yesterday. This mornings weigh in revealed a loss of 1.2 pounds.
I already ate my usual breakfast, but I did not have any bananas so I replaced the banana with a nectarine. Still, almond butter and cinnamon make everything better:-)
Ok, the goals for today:
Get some exercise in
Eat right
Move as much as I can
