This morning I started my day off with a bowl of Multigrain Cheerios, sliced banana, half a cup of almond milk and sprinkled cinnamon.
When eating cereal it's really important to watch your portion intake. If not, you can be taking in a lot of calories and a lot of sugar!
When buying cereal, look for at least 3 grams of fiber per serving and no more than 10 grams of sugar per serving.
