So, I try to eat a lot of fruit and veggies. I also try to incorporate these suckers in my snacks. Todays snack of the day: Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese cubes and Grapes. All I can say is YUM! If you've never tried the fruit and cheese combo, then you're missing out. This snack had a points value of 3.
I a took Sargento reduced fat cheddar stick, cubed this, and paired it up with a half cup of grapes. A perfect carb protein combo!!!
