Breakfast

Today for breakfast I decided to have lunch. Jennie O Turkey ham ( 2 WW points), Arnold's bread (1 WW point), 1 slice of 2% sharp cheddar cheese (1 WW point). Total of 4 points...in case you guys havent guessed it, WW has helped me lose a lot of weight!

    I am kind of glad that you have set up this blog. If you remember me from college (NJIT), I also have struggled a great deal with my weight all the way from my younger years. Now I am 28 and still struggling. I have tried everything out there and now I have decided I needed something more structured like Weight Watchers. So I been doing WW for about 2 weeks now and I am hoping that I too can get to my ideal weight.
