Keeping up with getting back in shape and losing the few pounds I gained, I started a new round of INSANITY today. The first day is always the Fit Test. By far, the shortest of all the INSANITY workouts. I've posted my results below.

Switch Kicks: 86
Power Jacks: 47
Power Knees: 81
Power Jumps: 24
Globe Jumps: 7(rotations)
Suicide Jumps: 10
Push-up Jacks: 14
Low Plank Obliques: 18
