After my INSANITY Pure Cardio workout I needed something that packed a protein punch and was chilling, to cool me down! This is when I thought of making myself a thick, chocolatey protein smoothie bowl and this is exactly what I had!
Here are the deets:
1 frozen banana
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1c unsweetened almond milk
2TB of chocolate PB
Ice
Preparation:
Blend all together till smooth. Pour in bowl and enjoy!

Hi Dan. I use It's About Time protein powder. The PB is peanut butter :-), but Justin's and it's delish!
