mm..burger make tummy happy! |
The verdict is in for breakfast. Not only did I NOT have Greek yogurt, topped with blackberries and Chia seeds but I also did NOT have a peanut butter almond milk smoothie. Instead, I had a wonderful sunflower seed butter and banana burger!!
Yup, I made a quick stop at a health food store and picked up
Ezekiel's Sesame Seed buns, sunflower butter and a banana.
Mmmm...one bun and 2 tablespoons of butter and a banana later my tummy was happy :-)
