After a very meaty lunch and heavy dinner yesterday, I am trying to get my share of fruits and veggies in today!
Breakfast was a Larabar today, because I was running late. Lunch was a 6in veggie packed sub on whole wheat from Subway. The innards of the sandwich contained lettuce,tomato,onions,cucumbers,hot peppers,sweet peppers,swiss cheese and oil and vinegar.
I sense a Greek yogurt coming up also :-p
