Lunch today was at Chipotle :-) Here's what was on the menu:
Vegetarian Fajita Bowl with black beans, veggies, corn salsa, salad, tomato salsa and a little bit of guacamole.
When you break it down I got my whole grains from the corn, veggies from all the veggies, healthy fats from the guac and protein from the beans!
A nice filling lunch! What did you guys have?

And please keep posting! Your dedication has inspired a lot of people to eat healthy. I have stopped all soda and when I am thirsty for a sugary drink, I grab juice (bottled if not fresh).
Please post more about how to incorporate veggies in the diet of a couple who are veggie haters. :)

it greatly increase tissue regeneration
