Breakfast this morning was Oikos Honey Greek yogurt with half a cup of blueberries and half a cup of Kashi Heart to Heart cereal mixed in. Not bad for a nutritious filling breakfast for 3.5WW pts. Breakfast was at 9am and it is now 11:30am and I'm hungry for a snack. Time for my All Bran crackers -pts. per serving.
